Be your true self

The best advice we can give you is to be yourself throughout this journey. You're the central figure so we welcome you bringing your authentic self.

Work and be yourself

As a remote-first company, we believe that our employees should have the flexibility to work from anywhere without compromising on work-life balance.

Remote first and always connected

A flexible and remote work environment helps bring together great talent and enables long-term success and work/life balance. Regardless of our physical location, we enjoy working together, respect different time zones and working models, and enhance our experience by regularly meeting face-to-face.

Stretch to grow

We operate in a fast-growing environment and in a world of constant change. This requires everyone actively finding ways to constantly learn, grow and adapt. There is great learning opportunity in trying, failing, and trying again. Progress is made through iterations.

Move the needle

Our passion for meaningful output is manifested in our success. We focus on things that matter and make a difference when we deliver the most impactful results. Delivering relevant results at scale is what will ultimately lead to our success.

Cultivate different perspectives

Diverse perspectives lead to better results. To contribute fully, all voices must feel included and valued. This enables greater collaboration as we co-create solutions, positively impacting our company, our products, our employees and our ecosystem. We embrace different cultures, backgrounds and demographics intentionally.

Openness earns trust

Communication and expectation-setting increase trust and alignment. Sharing information transparently and listening with empathy helps us better understand each other’s perspective. Honest and constructive feedback helps us grow; seeking it out leads to better outcomes.

Our hiring process

Your questions, answered

What can I expect after I apply?

Straight after you apply you will receive an email from us letting you know we’ve received your application. Typically, between the application point and up to one week, you will be contacted by a member of the Talent team with an update on your application.

What is the typical hiring process?

Our hiring process has three to five stages tailored for each role. It starts with a Screening Call to discuss your career and role details. We will dive into your skills and experience. Next is the Skills Interview, giving a closer look at the team dynamics. Technical roles involve a practical evaluation. Roles requiring problem-solving and creativity include an At-Home Assignment and Follow-up Discussion. This step assesses your work approach and gives insight into the role's tasks. For some positions, there's a Culture Interview, a session to explore how well you fit with Dealfront's values and team. It's a chance to engage with team members, for certain positions you will meet a member of C Level. Our hiring process aims to evaluate your fit for the role and give a clear view of our company culture, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of expectations and values.

How long does it take to hire at Leadfeeder?

The timeline can vary depending on the specific role and level, but in general, our process usually spans from the initial discussion with your talent partner to the final decision, which typically takes about 3 to 4 weeks. (We're crossing our fingers for a positive outcome for you!) Throughout this period, your talent partner will keep you informed and provide updates to ensure you are aware of what to anticipate, including any potential changes in the timeline.

Who will I interact with during the process?

You'll have the opportunity to interact with several members of the Dealfront team throughout the process, which will provide you with valuable insights from different angles. The individuals you meet can vary depending on the specific role, but in most instances, you can expect to engage with your talent partner, the potential manager or team leader, and potentially some of your future teammates.

What steps can I take to get ready for my interview, and do you have any advice or suggestions?

Tip 1: Be yourself. At Dealfront, we value and celebrate individuality and diverse perspectives. We encourage you to showcase your true personality and be your authentic self during the interview process because you shine brightest when you're being yourself.

Tip 2: Keep it simple. We understand that interviews can be intimidating, and we've all been in your shoes before. The good news is that every member of the Dealfront team has gone through the same experience. So, take a deep breath, prepare your questions and examples of your past work, and trust that we'll guide you through the rest.

Tip 3: Be well-prepared. Before your interview, familiarize yourself with Dealfront by exploring our website, products, careers page, and social media profiles. Research your interviewers on LinkedIn to learn about their backgrounds. The interview is a two-way process; ask questions about our culture, team, role, remote work, and the Dealfront experience.

Can I use AI in the interview process?

Be yourself in our interviews – open dialogue is key from your application onward. While AI can help, it won't replace human conversations at Dealfront. We value diversity and use AI to aid some applicants. Be genuine, and feel free to use AI for creativity, but if you're applying for an engineering role, turn off AI tools like GitHub Copilot during the interview.
