Bringing Product and Marketing Experience to the Board

"Brad is someone I have worked with in several capacities over the years, and he thinks about product and marketing in a way that few people do," said Kevin McIntyre, CEO of Leadfeeder. "He is a builder and a sharp thinker, and having him in the room as we work through our next phase of growth will make our decisions better."

Leadfeeder rebranded in March around one mission, turning B2B websites into lead generation engines, and the months since have narrowed the company onto the buyer that mission serves: the B2B marketer. Alongside it, Leadfeeder is moving to a product-led growth operating model, where the product carries more of the acquisition and conversion work that marketing and sales carried alone. That makes product and marketing one conversation rather than two, and Noble's experience sits across both.

Brad is a seasoned marketing agency and software executive, with leadership roles at Mullen (now TBWA/Chiat Day) and Boathouse on the agency side, and executive roles at Cloudant (IBM), IBM, ZoomInfo, EDB, and now Lightweight Industries, a messaging and tools business he runs outside Boston.

“It’s exciting and rewarding to bring useful and differentiated tools to people doing hard things, like growing their businesses. Leadfeeder has been doing that for people since day one. I’m thrilled to join Kevin and the team for the work ahead.”
