This integration allows you to see which website visitors are already in your Dynamics 365 CRM plus create new Leads, Accounts, Tasks and Opportunities.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a CRM and business application that connects people, products, and data to help companies transform customer experiences and business processes. By integrating Dynamics 365 to Leadfeeder, you can see which website visitors are known to you and exist in your Dynamics already, as well as create new Leads, Accounts, Tasks and Opportunities from Leadfeeder.
Best of all, you can send website visitor details about your leads from Leadfeeder to Dynamics 365 to sales team members for managing upsell opportunities, and new sales opportunities, thereby turning your sales pipeline into a well-oiled machine!
Please note, currently Leadfeeder integrates with the Online version only of Dynamics. We do not integrate with the On-Premise version.
From Leadfeeder, after you setup your Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 integration, you’ll be able to see which website visitors are “Found in CRM,” and exist in your Dynamics 365 already. From Leadfeeder, you can create new Leads, Accounts, Tasks and Opportunities to create a pipeline in your CRM based on your website visitor behaviors.
Set your custom filter to help you understand the behavior of Leads, Accounts and Opportunities that spend the most time on your website. This allows Leadfeeder to automatically update your Dynamics 365 with details about select companies visiting your website.
Once you setup these filters, you can see in your Dynamics 365 CRM what Accounts and Leads spent the most time looking at on your website. Now you can easily qualify a promising company and choose which member of your sales team is the Lead or the Account owner, and you can then send this information via email notifications, Slack notifications or other actions using our Zapier integration.
